Watercress is a nutritious herb that’s high in vitamins A, C and K. It contains compounds called isothiocyanates, which have been researched for their anti-cancer benefits. Watercress also has natural anti-inflammatory benefits due to its omega-3 fatty acid content. Research has also found that watercress may be good for regulating high blood pressure and preventing osteoporosis.2
