What is Nausea?

  • Clove - Clove acts as a nausea treatment and can be mixed with other nausea herbs, such as chamomile, to reduce nausea symptoms. Steep whole cloves in hot water for five minutes, or drop a few into your chamomile tea to enjoy the herbal remedy benefits.
  • Cinnamon - Cinnamon is packed with health benefits. Among them, it helps keep nausea at bay. You can take cinnamon as capsules, in tea, or as a powder sprinkled on your food. You can even chew on cinnamon sticks to enjoy the benefits of this nausea herbal remedy. Honey pairs well with cinnamon tea if you’re looking to add flavor.
